Grounded Grace Retreat
Coming March 2026
Jungle meets ocean at our private, boutique retreat destination. Immersed in nature, our location supports rebalancing the nervous system as we come into grounded balance with our circadian rhythms, and the simplicity of jungle life using methods of yogic sound, stillness, and breath.
Our immersion is hosted by Robin Raflo, Morgan Rysdon, and Avril James. Together, they offer movement and stillness, with transformative practices emphasizing body and Spirit. We will thread focus on each of the elements: water, wood, fire, earth, air. We’ll add restorative practices to experience embodied harmony.
